Ongoing classes are designed to deepen into embodied mindfulness while refining tai chi and qi gong skills.
Optional tai chi & qi gong based partner work is offered to explore embodiment via gentle sensing exercises. A safe space is created for interpersonal practice with the aim to support each other in cultivating relaxation and grounding. Slow, flowing, dance-like, somatic movements help us in this joyful process of integrating body, mind, heart and soul.
