Mindful half days are an opportunity for you to deepen into mindfulness with others in a safe and supportive environment. During the 3-hour retreat you will be guided in mindfulness and self-compassion practices and somatic exercises to evoke ease throughout the whole body and deep restfulness, to reset the mind and recharge your energy.
In the spirit of mindful communication there will be opportunities for sharing and inquiry exercises. Our mindful half days are highly experiential and intended to inspire you to bring embodied mindfulness and self-compassion more fully into your everyday life.
Mindfulness half-days are suitable for beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice. We ask for your mobile to be switched off for the duration of the course.
