One-on-One sessions are tailored to suit your individual goals and interests and offer you a structured and supportive environment to explore, develop and/or sustain a mindfulness practice. Powerful mindfulness tools to assist this process can include meditation, breath work, body scan, somatic resources, gentle mindful movement, qi gong, compassionate communication and more.
