Ongoing courses are designed to deepen into mindfulness, refine Tai Chi skills and increase resilience.

Optional Tai Chi partner-work is offered to explore mindfulness and Tai Chi principles via gentle sensing exercises in a safe learning environment. Interpersonal practice is grounded in the spirit of supporting each other in cultivating the ability to respond mindfully to what is happening in the present moment.

The Tai Chi Introductory Course is a prerequisite for joining our Tai Chi Ongoing Course.

This course includes:

6 sessions (6-week course)

Tai Chi loosening exercises

Tai Chi form practice and refining of skills

Tai Chi partner-work (optional)
