Join our 6-week introductory course and explore the art of Mindfulness Tai Chi. Mindfulness Tai Chi helps you feel more balanced, grounded and present in your life. Through connecting mindful awareness and movement we support the process of integrating mind and body, of deepening and unifying ourselves.
The 3-week course will help you free automatic and unhelpful patterns of thinking and responding. It provides support to integrate mindfulness more fully into daily life. This course and stand alone sessions are now available online.
