For people who like to attend a mindfulness based intervention on a One to One basis, Wholistic Health Works offers an individually tailored course which consists of six 55-minute sessions.
This practical course is intended for anyone who wishes to develop mindfulness and free oneself from automatic and unhelpful patterns of thinking and responding. The One to One course is offered as a complement, and not a replacement to traditional medical and psychological treatments. It provides a foundation to integrate mindfulness into daily life to maintain mind-body balance, benefit health and increase well-being on an ongoing basis.
