Currently, I am the only person with teacher certification from the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness offering MBSR in New Zealand.   What We Cover Over the 8-Week Course The course consists of eight weekly 2.5 hour classes and one day-long class. This highly participatory, practical course includes: Join us for a life-affirming course in the art of conscious living. What’s more, once you have completed the 8-week course all graduates can attend any day-long of practice that is offered as part of any future MBSR group course. Taking an MBSR course is an ongoing commitment to yourself.
